DELIVERY (Shipping Orders)
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Shipping timelines depend on the carrier selected at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered”, The Fashion Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
For delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

CURBSIDE PICKUP (Local Customers)
How It Works
Choose Curbside Pickup during checkout.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with your pickup instructions and exact pickup location.
Pickup address is NOT displayed online for privacy and security purposes.
The address is only provided after your order is accepted and prepared.

Monday – Friday
11 AM – 5 PM EST
We are closed on weekends, so please plan accordingly.

Pickup Requirements
Please bring:
• Your order confirmation email
• A valid ID (if requested)
Someone else may pick up on your behalf if they have your full name and order number.

Pickup Deadline
Orders must be picked up within 30 days of being marked ready.
After 30 days, items will be:
• Returned to inventory
• Issued as store credit only
No refunds will be issued.

Important Notices
• Customers are not permitted inside our warehouse facility.
• Packages will not be accepted in person — all returns must be processed online through our return portal.
• Pickup orders cannot be canceled once placed.
