Product Availability

At The Fashion Bar, we work endlessly to bring you curated, feminine, elevated pieces with frequent new arrivals. Due to high demand and limited-release drops, certain items may sell out quickly.

While sold-out pieces may still appear on our website for a short period (to allow customers to sign up for restock notifications), the presence of an item or size online does not guarantee availability.

If you purchase an item that is no longer in stock, you will be issued a full refund for that item, including any applicable shipping fees.

Product Display

We strive to photograph and present our collections as accurately as possible. However, variations in lighting, editing, screen settings, and device capabilities may alter how colors, textures, or details appear on your screen.

Because of this, The Fashion Bar cannot guarantee that the color or appearance you see online will perfectly match the actual product.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for store credit according to our Return Policy.

Refunds, Store Credit & Order Pickup

The Fashion Bar does not issue refunds under any circumstance other than in the case of a product being sold out at the time of purchase.

In-Store / Local Pickup

For customers who choose local pickup:
    •    Items must be picked up within 10 days of purchase.
    •    Any order not picked up within 10 days becomes a final sale—no exchanges or store credit will be offered.
    •    Orders not picked up within 30 days are forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued.

If you decide to have your pickup order shipped instead, you may request a shipping invoice, and we will mail your items once shipping is paid.

By selecting local pickup, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.

Shipped Orders

Once the order shows Delivered via the tracking number provided, The Fashion Bar is not responsible for:
    •    Lost packages
    •    Stolen packages
    •    Packages marked delivered but not received

All claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

Customers also agree not to file chargebacks or disputes for orders scanned as delivered.
