DHL Worldwide Express
    •    Estimated 1–3 business days for international orders

Miami Local Delivery
    •    Same-day delivery by approximately 7 PM EST

USPS Services
    •    USPS Priority: Estimated 2–3 business days
    •    USPS Ground Advantage: Estimated 2–5 business days
    •    USPS Express: 1–2 business days (Guaranteed for orders placed before 12:30 PM EST)

We offer FREE UPS Ground Shipping on U.S. orders over $150.

Orders to Puerto Rico ship via USPS Priority.

Shipping Insurance

All packages are eligible for Route Shipping Insurance (optional at checkout).
Route covers lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
Local delivery orders are not eligible.

    •    UPS Ground is not a guaranteed service. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

UPS Next Day Air
    •    Guaranteed service when the order is placed before 12:30 PM EST (Mon–Fri)
    •    Orders placed after the cutoff ship next business day
    •    Orders placed Friday before 12:30 PM EST deliver Monday
    •    No weekend or holiday shipping

    •    Processes within 24–48 business hours

    •    FL/MIAMI customers may receive packages within 1 business day
    •    Delivery estimates are not guaranteed
    •    Orders over $500 may require signature confirmation for security
    •    USPS does not deliver on national holidays

USPS Express
    •    Guaranteed 1–2 day delivery
    •    Orders must be placed before 12:30 PM EST
    •    Orders placed after cutoff ship next business day
    •    Friday orders before 12:30 PM deliver Monday

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

USPS International
    •    Ships within 24–48 hours
    •    Estimated 10–15 business days
    •    Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or weather
    •    USPS tracking may stop once the package enters the receiving country
    •    Any customs fees or duties are the customer’s responsibility

If your package has not arrived after 10 days, please contact your country’s postal service or customs office. Packages often remain on hold due to unpaid customs fees.

Unclaimed international packages returned to us cannot be refunded or resent.

DHL Worldwide Express
    •    Fastest international shipping method
    •    Estimated 1–3 business days
    •    Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed
    •    DHL service not available in all countries
    •    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight/destination

TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking information is emailed once a shipping label is created.
This may take 1–2 business days after purchase.

During holidays or sale events, fulfillment times may be slightly delayed due to order volume.
Express shipping always remains prioritized.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

The Fashion Bar is not responsible for:
    •    Packages marked DELIVERED but not received
    •    Lost or stolen packages
    •    Packages damaged during shipping

If your tracking shows DELIVERED but you did not receive it:
You must contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777 or the carrier listed on your tracking.

IMPORTANT:

If your package does not show delivered and you have not received it, please contact us within 30 days of shipment.
USPS does not allow claims after 30 days — if this window passes, we cannot replace or refund the order.
