RETURN & STORE CREDIT POLICY

At The Fashion Bar, we want your experience to feel seamless and elevated. If something doesn’t work out, our return process is simple — but all returns must be approved before shipping items back.

HOW TO START A RETURN (APPROVAL REQUIRED)

To request a return, please CLICK HERE and submit your return request.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive:
    •    Confirmation of approval
    •    Your return instructions
    •    A return shipping label (discounted)

Do not ship your items back until your return has been approved.
Unapproved returns will not be processed.

IMPORTANT:
Please include your information inside your package once approved:
    •    A copy of your invoice or
    •    A small note with your name, order number, and email

Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery and after approval has been granted.
All eligible returns are issued as store credit only.
No refunds.

FREE RETURNS (RE:DO PROTECTION)

If you purchased the $1.98 Re:Do Return Protection, your shipping label will be FREE once your return is approved.

Just follow the return request steps — once approved, your free label will generate automatically.

IMPORTANT:
You must drop off your return with the correct carrier listed on your label.
Using the wrong carrier may result in the package being lost or destroyed, and store credit will not be issued.

ITEM CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for store credit, items must be:
    •    Unworn
    •    Unwashed
    •    Free of makeup, deodorant, scents, or wear
    •    With all original tags attached
    •    In original packaging

We do not accept:
    •    Worn items
    •    Items showing damage or stains
    •    Items without tags
    •    Items not in original packaging

If wardrobing is suspected, the return will be denied and the customer will be blocked from future purchases.

If your return is received in unacceptable condition:
    •    It will be rejected
    •    You will be required to pay reshipping fees
    •    Items not claimed within 30 days will be discarded
No credit will be issued for rejected items.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please email us with:
    •    Your order number
    •    Clear photos of the damage or incorrect item

Customer-caused damages (scissor cuts when opening the package, stretching, etc.) do not qualify.

If you received the wrong item, we will send a prepaid return label after verifying the issue.

EXCHANGES

Due to high turnover and limited quantities, we do not offer exchanges.

If you need a different size or style:
    1.    Request a return
    2.    Once approved and processed, use your store credit to repurchase

Store credits never expire.

CREDIT PROCESSING TIME

Once your approved return arrives:
    •    10–15 business days for processing
    •    15–25 business days during peak/holiday seasons

You’ll receive a gift-card style store credit via email.
Store credit covers item price + applicable taxes.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless using Re:Do.

Refused packages or those returned due to an undeliverable address may incur a restocking fee.

KEEP YOUR TRACKING NUMBER.
Store credit is only issued if tracking confirms delivery to our facility.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:
    •    Sale items
    •    Accessories
    •    Bags & clutches
    •    Swimwear
    •    Bodysuits
    •    Masks

No exceptions.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Payment

Payment is collected upfront to reserve your item.

Shipping

Dates are estimates and may vary.

Cancellations

Preorders cannot be canceled once placed.

Returns

Follow our standard return policy (approval required).
Store credit only.

Combined Orders

In-stock items ship first; preorder items ship separately for free.

If a preorder is delayed more than 4 weeks beyond its estimated date, refunds will be offered.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to fast processing times.

PICKUP ORDERS

Pickup address will be provided after the order is accepted.

Orders not picked up within 30 days will be restocked and issued store credit only.
No refunds.

Customers are not permitted inside our warehouse facility.
